Vajja Tech methodology for Customer Contact Centers addresses issues of a global delivery business model and ensures consistency and quality of deliverables to our customers. From Concept to Completion, the process outlines the phases, documentation, project management and methodology.


Our approach follows a well-structured and documented process that is lean and sharp. Ideally suited for today’s IT enabled services climate, the methodology makes sure the concept to completion time is optimized and resources are well utilized. We follow a five-step methodology, which comprises of:

Concept

This is the first step in providing end-to-end solutions to our clients. It helps in investigating a client enterprise’s needs and formulating high-level strategies and defining business requirements. Concept rendezvous involves experienced strategy and domain consultants from Vajja Tech guiding the clients through this process. The outputs of the Concept session are Concept Strategy and Discover Reports and a presentation. These outputs become inputs to Architect and subsequent components of the Compass approach. The duration will be 1st two weeks of the implementation.


  Architect
Architect process consists of sessions to refine the business requirements session and to generate functional requirements, high level process-cases, technical requirements, and work flow.Using this data, a model solution is designed to address our customer needs. Where the customer mandates specific technology requirements, the vendor packages are systematically evaluated and selected to meet Capabilities of the shelf (COTS) requirements.  
 
 
The solution architecture document summarizes the requirements and outlines the technical architecture and integration approach.  This involves defining the architecture including the scope, deliverables, solution framework, agent/user interface, platforms, tools, data sets, relationships, various modules, phases, training and timelines. Using this data a project plan is drawn out which also addresses the resource requirements and risk alleviation aspects. Based on understanding of the requirements and the solution being suggested, the first attempt is to model a prototype solution, which covers all the key aspects of the solution, and demonstrate the same to our client. Based on the feedback of our client the prototype is modified and used as the final template to start building out the solution. This could be an iterative process depending on the complexity of the solution. The duration of this phase will be two weeks with “Concept” in the 1st two weeks of the project implementation.
